He built IKINDE around one question: why do so many well-designed strategies and transformations fail the moment they meet real people? Trained as a pharmacist and later a product manager, he saw well-intentioned change stall — not because it was wrong, but because it was never designed for the humans who had to live with it.
Today he works with leaders navigating growth, transformation and uncertainty — as a trusted strategic thinker, executive advisor and builder of what comes next. He is also the author of TOSI, the thought engine behind IKINDE.
